For the first video which is the Black & White one we had to film this by using different angles and a vary of different shot types this allowed us to edit them into one video and make it seem that more was going on. After we editing the short clips together in Premier Pro by selecting the clip we wanted and dragging it into an earlier timeline whilst holding down Ctrl/Cmd + Alt when the clip reached the section where we wanted it to be we released the selection button and the modifier keys. I learnt to do this by watching clips on the Adobe Support website, this will now help me for when I am making my own music video I will have more knowledge on what editing techniques I will need to know in order for my music video to look professional and realistic. As her most recent event was the 'One Love Manchester' I put this as the banner on the home page as she is also raising money for people affected. There is an automatic video which plays as someone goes onto the website which shows the One Love concert I did this by the tab on the left hand side which brought out different things to add to the page. I selected the youtube one and it directed me to a youtube video, it then allowed me to search my own and select the one I wanted on my website.    In order to complete this task I had to use three different random generators which gave me the name of the album, the image, and the quote. These generators were on Wikipedia, Flickr and  Quotations page. Once I had the contents of my front cover I then started to build it up starting with the measurements which were 4.75 x 4.75 when I had done this I placed the image onto the page, to ensure it didn't stretch I used 'shift' as if the image stretched it would look unprofessional and not like a album cover. After this, I added the name of my album which was 'Teodoro Escanila' I made this font big and in the middle of the cover so it stood out and looked realistic, then I added the quote in a similar font so that it matched the album covers name. I created a pinterest page with ideas I have thought about when making my music video, the pictures I have displayed on the page are from artists which are very popular in the pop music industry as this is the style of music in which I want to go for. The artists it includes are  Rihanna Little Mix Miley Cyrus The constant colour scheme is very bright and vibrant which makes it stand out to the viewer which is what I intend to do when I create my music video, digipak and website. The song choice that I am going to go for is an upbeat song which makes people happy and dance.

By researching into other students music videos it has given me ideas for my music video. I have learnt that we need a variety of camera work to keep the audience entertained, the camera work could vary from mid shots, long shots and close up to ensure the music video isn't boring. I know that the pace of the song needs to match with the visuals so it doesn't cause confusion to the audience. In the video when the beat speeds up the editing pace also needs to speed up this builds up tension and ensures the audience keep watching which is what I intend to do in my music video to keep my audience watching for the full time.

By researching into different genres it allowed me to understand the concept of genre and the forms and conventions of each one. Each genre has different forms and conventions which makes it recgnoisible to be that certain genre. From this research I intend to use the genre pop for my music video as this is the genre I listen too and I feel like this is the genre id be able to represent and make the video look profesional and realistic.

Reflection  By researching into Andrew Goodwin's theory I have developed ideas for my music video. The ideas I have developed are that the lyrics need to match the visuals in order for the video to make sense to the audience. If the lyrics don't match the visuals it will create confusion to the audience and make it a poor music video. Another thing is the genre characteristics so if I was making a pop genre music video it needs to follow the forms and conventions of a pop music video such as bright and vibrant colours usually showing off their lifestyle. There will be more than one costume for each different locations which are used.
