The initial ideas that we have for the music video we are planning on producing are very basic however we know we want it to be relating to the pop genre as this is the music that we listen too, as we already listen to this music we know the forms and conventions which we can then put into our music video. Another thing we want in our music video is the main performer to be a female, we want to do this as then we can challenge or represent how stereotypically female singers are represented. We are not sure on the song choice yet but we don't want a song that everyone will be doing we want something quite different and that hasn't been done yet.

I am working in a group with Hannah Nicholls. The ideas that we have are very basic however we know we want it to be in the pop genre as this is the type of music we listen to and will find the easiest to recreate. We want the song to be very upbeat and happy rather than a slow meaningful song.  Another idea that we have is we want the main singer in the video to be a girl where we can do her hair and makeup to fit in with the genre and the song. 

For the first video which is the Black & White one we had to film this by using different angles and a vary of different shot types this allowed us to edit them into one video and make it seem that more was going on. After we editing the short clips together in Premier Pro by selecting the clip we wanted and dragging it into an earlier timeline whilst holding down Ctrl/Cmd + Alt when the clip reached the section where we wanted it to be we released the selection button and the modifier keys. I learnt to do this by watching clips on the Adobe Support website, this will now help me for when I am making my own music video I will have more knowledge on what editing techniques I will need to know in order for my music video to look professional and realistic. Following this step, I made the video B&W which I also learnt to do using tutorials which was easier to do than I expected. As her most recent event was the 'One Love Manchester' I put this as the banner on the home page as she is also raising money for people affected. There is an automatic video which plays as someone goes onto the website which shows the One Love concert I did this by the tab on the left hand side which brought out different things to add to the page. I selected the youtube one and it directed me to a youtube video, it then allowed me to search my own and select the one I wanted on my website.
